摘　　要：院校教育向信息化转变，对军校教员的信息素质提出了更高要求，军校教员必须具有强烈的信息意识、丰富的信息知识和较强的信息能力。当前，军校教员的信息素质与信息化条件下院校教育的要求还有较大差距。所以，院校要把提高教员的信息素质摆在交出位置，教员要发挥主动性．自觉地学习信息知识。With the coming of information age, the transforming of military educational form puts forward a higher request to the military instructors＇ information literacy. They must have strong information consciousness, abundant information knowledge and stronger information ability. At present, there is still a big gap between the military instructors＇ information literacy and the military education＇s requirement under the condition of informationization. The most important for the military institution is to improve theinstructors＇ information literacy. At the same time, the instructors should learn the information knowledge initiatively.
