摘　　要：搞好通信兵一体化训练创新，必须针对目前部队训练中存在的模拟实战质量不高、创新意识不够强、各军兵种联训实施不得力等问题，着力在训练内容、方法、机制等方面进行创新。在落实训练创新时，需要把握好着眼联合、整合资源、解决问题等准则。There are two outstanding problems waiting for a good solution in the process of the innovation of signal corps joint training. One is the low of the simulation quality on actual combat and innovation consciousness. The other is to be devoid of the practice of joint training on signal corps. Thus the content, the method, and the mechanism of the joint training have to be improved. In the process of the innovative training, the following rules should be kept. paying attention to the joint, using the resource effectively and solving the other problems emerging in the joint training.
