摘　　要：从优越的自然生态条件,良种和栽培技术的不断更新、优化,以及产业化基础不断增强等方面阐述了泗阳县的水稻生产现状。分析了品种多、乱、杂,高效栽培技术到位率不高,灌溉设施老化,加工企业竞争力不强等存在的问题。提出了加快新品种推广和优势稻米产业基地建设,加强技术开发和基础设施建设以及产业化开发等发展对策。The current status of rice production in Siyang was elaborated in the aspects of natural conditions, change and optimization of breeding and cultivation and increased industry basis in this paper. The problems such as excessive and miscellaneous variety, low-technology cultivation skills, used irrigation facilities and noncompetitive rice processing industry were pointed out and the countermeasures including strengthening fine quality rice industry base construction and technique exploitation for development were put forward.
