摘　　要：风险投资和孵化器融合已成为推动高新技术产业发展的新趋势。推动孵化器与风险投资融合发展,需要借鉴国内外成功经验,依据孵化器与风险投资融合的规律,在整合资源,创造环境,建立政策支持体系,完善创业投资中介体系,引进、培养复合型人才及明晰产权等方面清除融合发展的障碍。The integration of venture capital and incubator has become a new trend of development. Promoting the integration of incubators and venture capital, it needs to draw on successful experience at home and abroad. According to the law of integration of them, we need remove some obstacles, such as integration of resources, create a well environment, in the establishment of a policy support system and improve the system of venture capital intermediaries, introduction of cultivating talent and clarity of property rights and so on.
