摘　　要：信息资源共建共享目的在于提高信息资源保障率,以最大限度地满足用户的信息需求。信息资源共建共享是需要成本的,利用成本收益分析方法可以考察信息资源共建共享是否具有经济合理性。文章旨在构建一个信息资源共建共享的成本收益分析框架。成本主要包括信息资源成本、信息技术成本、管理成本、用户成本和外部成本。收益主要包括社会收益和经济收益。Information resources co-construction and sharing aims at boosting protection of information resources, to satisfy users＇ information need maximally. Information resources co-construction and sharing wants costs, using the method of cost-benefit can review the economical rationality of information resources co-construction and sharing. The paper is to construct a cost-benefit analysis framework of information resources co-construction and sharing. Costs mainly consist of information cost, Information-technology cost, management cost, user cost and exterior cost. Benefits mainly consist of social benefits and economical benefits.
