摘　　要：本文从知识资本概念的分析入手,探讨了图书馆知识资本审计的内涵,图书馆引入知识资本审计的意义,图书馆知识资本审计对象和内容以及图书馆知识资本审计步骤和方法。Started with the defining the concept of knowledge capital, this paper explores the concept of library knowledge capital audit. It explains the reason of introducing the knowledge capital audit to libraries. Subsequently, it analyzes the targets and contents of library knowledge capital audit. This paper is concluded with the exploration of the procedure and method of library knowledge capital audit.
