摘　　要：文章针对广西经济建设中可能出现的能源紧缺、环境污染等问题,对循环经济进行分析与研究,按照中央发展循环经济的战略构想,对广西循环经济建设提出见解和建议。The article provides some original opinions and suggestions about recycle economic construction in Guangxi, which based on analysising and researching the problems of possible energy sources shortage and environment pollution in economic construction of Guangxi, and according to the strategic concept of recycle economic development from central authorities.
