摘 要:利用传热学理论结合UHMWPE单螺杆挤出管材的成型规律,采用数值计算法(有限差分法)建立起基于UHMWPE单螺杆挤出机的熔融数学模型,并开发出相应CAD软件,采用该软件能比较客观准确地对原料的熔融过程进行数值模拟,对正确设计UHMWPE单螺杆挤出机的结构参数提供了理论基础。This paper systematically analyzed the melting characteristics while the pipe material of UHMWPE is being extruding in a single screw extruder, With the theory of heat transfer being used, combined with the special law of the method of molding in barrel, and with numerical method (finite difference method) being adopted, a mathematical model of the process of melting, based on the single screw extruder which can extrude the pipe of pure UHMWPE material, has been set up. A set of corresponding Special-purpose CAD software, which can objectively and accurately provide numerical simulation for the melting process of raw material, has been exploited, so it has provided a rationale for the correct design of the structure parameters of the single screw extruder which can extrude the pipe material of pure UHMWPE.
