摘  要:将有机稀土引入耐热改性剂中,采用乳液聚合法制备马来酸单十二酯镧-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚物。结果发现,有机稀土可以明显提高共聚物的玻璃化温度(Tg),当有机镧用量为总单体量的5%(质量分数,下同)时,四元共聚物的Tg比不含有机镧的三元共聚物的Tg提高了7.7℃;将四元共聚物与PVC共混,当其用量为PVC用量的40%时,维卡软化点比纯PVC提高了15.7℃,失重50%时的热分解温度比纯PVC提高了37.8℃,且力学性能良好。Quadripo/ymer of Lanthanum Tris (monododecy Ester maleate)-N-phenylmaleimideStyrene-Methacry Methareylate (LaPSM) were synthesized by emulsion copolyrnerization. The results show that organic Lanthanum can enhance the glass transition temperature of copolyrner, when the amout of organic Lanthanum is 5% (based total mass of monomer), glass transition temperature of quadripolymer is higher than terpolymer not containing rare earth by 7.7 ℃; Quadripolymer was blended with PVC, when the content of LaPSM in PVC is 40 phr, the Vicat softening point of the blends is 15.7 ℃ higher, the thermal decomposition temperature of the mass loss 50% is 37.8℃ higher than that of neat PVC,and the mechanical properties are good.
