摘 要:用极限氧指数(LOI)、烟密度和剩炭率研究了锡酸盐和Mg(OH)2复合阻燃剂对软PVC的阻燃消烟作用。用热分析方法研究了阻燃软PVC从室温到800℃的降解过程,结合对材料燃烧后剩炭结构的观察对阻燃机理进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:锡酸盐和Mg(OH)2复合使用能明显提高对软PVC的阻燃效率,Mg(OH)2主要通过脱水吸热作用使材料的阻燃性能提高,而锡酸盐可分别在凝聚相和气相起作用,但主要为凝聚相Lewis酸催化机理。The metal stannate combine with Mg(OH)2 as flame-retardants and smoke suppressants for flexible poly (vinyl chloride) were studied through the limiting oxygen index (LOI) test.smoke density test and the char yield test. Their mechanisms were studied by differential thermal analysis and therm;gravimetry and through observing the structure of the char. The results show that the metal stannate combined with Mg(OH)2 can be used as a highly effective flame retardant for flexible PVC, and it can be seen that the Mg(OH)2 enhances the flame retardant properties of the samples through the endothermie dehydration, the stannate may act in both the condensed and vapor phases, hut mainly in the condensed phase as a Lewis acid.
