摘　　要：以山杨为试材,对白杨派难生根树种白化茎繁殖技术进行了试验,分析了不同取材和扦插环境对幼苗成活率的影响,总结了各种技术的优缺点并提出了幼苗成活后移入大田前的关键技术措施。An experiment on propagation technique of white-root of Leuce Duby （such as aspen） was conducted. The effects of different propagation materials and cutting circumstances on seedling survival rate were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various techniques were summarized and the key technical measurements were put forward from seedlings cutting to its transplanting into field.
