摘　　要：迷你片制剂兼备微丸和片剂的优点,与微丸相比,迷你片的制备工艺较为简单,剂量也更加精确;与片剂相比,迷你片属于多单元制剂,毒副作用减小,重复性好。迷你片将具有很好的应用与开发前景。本文综述了迷你片新型缓控释制剂的研究现状、应用及局限性。The minitablets have some advantages such as the simpler manufacturing process and more uniform dosage size comparing to pellets, less toxicity and better reproducibility comparing to tablets, since minitablets are multiple-unit dosage form while tablets are single unit dosage form. Minitablets showed great application potential for the development of novel controlled release dosage forms. The recent research progress, novel applications and limitations of the controlled release minitablet dosage forms are reviewed in this article.
