摘  要:[目的]研究60Co-γ射线辐射处理对宽叶青菜种子的影响,为射线辐射处理蔬菜种子的研究提供参考。[方法]用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射处理宽叶青菜种子,观察射线辐射处理对其发芽率和幼苗生长情况的影响。[结果]结果表明:对于宽叶青菜出芽率与辐照剂量呈正相关。辐照剂量60 Gy的幼苗根长芽长最长,幼苗长势最好。[结论]对于探讨快速、高效的培育蔬菜农业生产方法的有一定的参考意义。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of ^60Co-γray irradiation on germination rate of seed and seedling growth of Brassica Chinensis L. , providing references for the effect of the vegetable seeds irradiated with ^60Co-γ ray. [ Method] The Brassica Chinensis L. was irradiated with ^60Co-γ ray and its germination rate and seeding growth were observed. [ Result] The results showed that the Brassica Chinensis L. seed germination rate and dose was positively correlated. Seed growth of 60 Gy irradiation dose was the best. [ Conclusion] The study had some reference on discussing the speeding and effectively vegetable agricultural production cultivate method.
