摘  要:[目的]探索多功能水对串叶松香草种子的最佳处理时间。[方法]采用室内及田间试验,以串叶松香草种子为材料,用多功能水对其施以不同的处理时间(10、20、30、40、50、60 min),自来水处理为对照(CK),测定种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和种子活力。[结果]用多功能水处理串叶松香草种子30 min时,发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和种子活力均达到最高值,分别比对照增加了18个百分点、0.46、24个百分点和22个百分点。处理时间为40、50、60 min时种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和种子活力均降低。大田试验结果表明,经30 min处理的串叶松香草种子出苗时间早、苗齐、叶片大且壮。[结论]多功能水对串叶松香草种子的最佳处理时间为30 min。[ Objective ] The study was to explore the optimum treating time of multi-functional water on Silphium Perfoliatum L seeds. [ Method] In the indoor test and field test, with S. Perfoliatum seeds as tested material, they were treated by multi-functional water with different treating times (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 min), and the treatment with tap water was used as CK and then their germination rate, germination index, germination energy of the seed and seed vigor were determined. [ Result] When S. Perfoliatum seeds were treated by multi-functional water for 30 rain, the germination rate, germination index, germinating energy and seed vigor all got the biggest value, increasing by 18%, 0.46, 24% and 22% than that of CK resp. When the seeds were treated for 40, 50 and 60 min, the germination rate, germination index, germinating energy and seed vigor were all decreased. The result of field test showed that, when the seeds were treated for 30 rain, the emergence time of the S. Perfoliatum seeds was early, and the seedlings were unanimous, the leaves were big and strong. [ Conclusion] The optimum treating time of multi-functional water on S. Perfoliatum seeds was 30 min.
