摘 要:[目的]研究不同浓度氮肥对松萝凤梨生长的影响。[方法]对松萝凤梨植株喷施不同浓度的氮肥(50、100、150、200、250和300mg/L),研究其对松萝凤梨表观特征、伸长速率和增重率的影响。以喷清水为对照。[结果]不喷氮肥时松萝凤梨叶片呈灰绿色,喷施氮肥影响松萝凤梨叶片颜色。喷氮后各处理单株伸长速率均显著高于CK(P〈0.05)。各氮素处理下松萝风梨单株伸长速率大小顺序为:N3〉N4〉N2〉N5〉N1〉N6。当氮肥浓度为150—200mg/L时,松萝风梨植株伸长速率达2.70—2.76mm/d,长度显著增加。施氮后各处理单株增重率的表现与单株伸长速率一致。当氮肥浓度为150~200mg/L时,最有利于松萝凤梨生物量的积累,其次是100mg/L。[结论]氮肥浓度为150~200mg/L时最有利于松萝凤梨生长。[Objective] The study was to research the effect of different concn, of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of Tillandsia usneoides. [Method] Different concn, of nitrogen fertilizer (50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mg/L) were spraied on the T. usneoides, and the their effects on the appearance features, elongation rate and weight gain rate were studied. Spraying clear water was taken as CK. [ Result] The leaf color of T. usneoides without spraying nitrogen fertilizer was celadon and it was affected by spraying nitrogen fertilizer. The elongation rate of single plant in each treatment with spraying nitrogen fertilizer were all higher than that of CK( P 〈 0.05 ). The elongation rate of single plant in each treatment in order was N3 〉 N4 〉 N2 〉 N5 〉 N1 〉 N6. When the nitrogen fertilizer concn, was 150 -200 mg/L, the elongation rate of T. usneoides plant was increased significantly, being 2.70 - 2.76 mm/d. The weight gain rate per plant was uniform to that of single plant elongation rate after nitrogen applieation. The nitrogen fertilizer at 150 -200 mg/L was most beneficial to the biomass accumulation of T. usneoides, and the following was that at 100 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The nitrogen fertilizer at 150 -200 mg/L was most beneficial to the growth of T. usneoides.
