广西14市土地可持续利用评价对比研究

摘　　要：为了对比研究近10年来广西14市土地可持续利用度及其变化,根据影响城市土地可持续利用的土地利用强度、土地利用效益等5个因子和综合用地平均容积率、排水管道密度等26个指标建立了评价指标体系,对比评价了1997年和2006年广西14市的土地可持续利用度,并对其增长驱动进行了分析。In order to compare the land sustainable utilization and its changes in 14 cities of Guangxi Province, evaluation index systems for 5 factors including land use intensity and land use benefit, which influenced the urban land sustainable use, and 26 indices were established. Comparative study on land sustainable use of 14 cities in 1997 and 2006 were conducted. And its growth driving was analyzed.
