摘　　要：为科学规划河南省小麦玉米的区域性生产,最大限度地利用各类自然资源,系统分析了基于地理信息系统(GIS)条件下小麦玉米自然生产潜力评价流程,利用.NET开发技术、SuperMap GIS组件技术和Oracle 9i网络数据库技术,设计了Windows平台上基于WebGIS的河南省小麦玉米生产潜力评价系统,该系统可实现对不同区域小麦玉米自然生产潜力的空间分析与评价。Based on the full analysis of wheat and maize natural productivity evaluation process with the support of geographic information system（ GIS）, the evaluation system of wheat and maize potential productivity was designed by using the . NET platform, SuperMap GIS component technology and Oracle 9i database, in order to accomplish the space analysis and evaluation of wheat and maize. The system not only could plan the regional production of wheat and maize in Henan Province, but also could take advantage of the resources of climate and soil.
