摘　　要：美国的区域经济发展以技术创新与产学研合作为重要前提与基础,美国法制的健全与政府职能建设为产学研合作模式的不断发展与合理升级提供了有效保障。为实现发展目标,美国产学研合作注重构建并完善包括技术转移、企业孵化、产业链构建、人才培养与就业培训等多重要素与环节的整体强效机制,重视开展区域协作,强调科技成果的有效转化,取得了明显成效,有效地推动了美国区域经济发展与社会进步。The developing local economy in the U. S. A attaches great importance to technological innovation and good cooperation between research and industrial circles. A good build - up of the legal system and the governmental function gives impetus to the advancement and upgrading of the cooperative mode, which gives a great focus on technological transfer, enterprise hatch, industrial chain buildup, professional staff cultivation and training. The commercialization of technological research powers the local economy development and social advancement in the U. S. A.
