摘　　要：抗战初期，徐特立回湘担任八路军驻湘代表，领导湖南的抗日统一战线工作，对湖南省政府主席张治中开展统战工作，取得了明显的成效。张治中极力维护与中共的合作关系，避免摩擦，并接受了中共的一些抗日主张和建议，推动了湖南抗日救亡运动的开展。During Anti-Japanese War period, XU Te-li, as the representative of the Eighth Route Army in Hunan, led the anti-Japanese united front work there. Remarkable achievements were made in the united front work with the Hunan Provincial Government Chairman Zhang Zhizhong. Zhang Zhizhong strongly maintained relations of cooperation with the Chinese communists, avoided friction, and accepted some of the CPC＇s anti-Japanese ideas and proposals. What Zhang did promoted the anti-Japanese national salvation movement in Hunan.
