电动助力转向系统中控制器的设计

摘　　要：介绍了电动助力转向系统(EPS)的构成及工作原理,着重讨论了电动助力系统中控制器的硬件组成及其原理;简要介绍了电动助力转向系统的软件设计,并进行了助力电流试验。结果表明,自主开发的EPS系统助力效果明显,操作手感好,满足转向性能要求。In this paper, the constitutions and its operational mechanism of electric power steering system are introduced. The hardware of EPS controller is studied and motor current test is performed. The test results reveal that the EPS controller has marked steering handiness effort and good feeling of controlling, and can meet the requirement of steering performance.
