摘　　要：目的探讨彩色高频超声对男性乳房肿块的诊断价值。方法对42例男性49个乳房肿块径线超声诊断进行分析,并且与手术病理结果相对照。结果42例患者,33例经手术、穿刺细胞学、病理证实,9例经随访证实,其中男性乳腺发育症36例,男性乳腺癌5例,乳晕旁胸壁脂肪瘤1例。结论彩色高频超声检查对男性乳房肿块的真假、良恶性有鉴别诊断价值,并能为临床诊断和制定治疗方案提供可靠的依据。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency color ultrasonography on breast tumor in male. Methods 43 male patients （49 breasts） with breast tumor were diagnosed with high frequency color uhrasonography compared with pathnological results. Results 33 cases of 42 were examined with excision,cell biopsy and pathology. 9 cases were confirmed with follow-up. 36 cases were gynecomastia. 5 cases were breast cancer. 1 cases was lipoma. Conclusions High frequency ultrasonography is valubable in distinguishable diagnosis of the benign tumor from malignant one of breast tumor in male.
