彩色多普勒血流显像和能量显像在糖尿病肾病诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)和能量显像技术(CDE)对糖尿病肾病患者肾血流状态的应用价值。方法测量60例不同时期的糖尿病肾病患者肾动脉最大血管速度(Vmax),最小血流速度(Vmin)及阻力指数(RI),肾血流量(RBF)。结果正常人组及隐匿型糖尿病肾病组彩色血流显像均为1级,症状型糖尿病肾病组彩色血流显像约介于2级与3级之间,肾衰型糖尿病肾病组为4级。结论肾动脉血流动力学指数和肾彩色血流显像及能量显像可作为反映肾血流状态的评价指标。Objective To analyze the renal blood flow index and infuse of arteria renalis in diabetic nephropathy with color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） and color Doppler energy （CDE）. Method The velocity of maximum （Vmax） and minimum （Vmin）, resistent （RI） and index renal blood flow （RBF） of arteria renalis in 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy eontroled with 30 health people were measured and. Result The CDFI imaging of normal group and deliteseence diabetic nephropathy group were grade 1, whereas which of diabetic nephropathy was between grade 2 and 3 and diabetic nephropathy with renal failure was grade 4. Conclusion Hemodynamics index of arteria renalis, CDFI and CDE may be excellent indexes for evaluated the state of RBF.
