摘　　要：文章详细叙述了在树脂制造的工艺中基于PROFIBUS的自动装料装置的系统组成、进料的控制方案、控制系统的硬件设计方案、PLC程序的设计方案以及防止乙醇蒸汽浓度超标引发爆炸的预警系统。这个自动装料系统大大提高了装料效率、装料精度。This article detailed describes an automatic loading system based on PROFIBUS in the manufacture of resins. And the design of the feed control program, control system hardware, PLC program is also devised elaborately. The prevention of ethanol vapor explosion is adopted into this system. So this automatic loading system greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of loading.
