摘 要:由于分户计量采暖系统的用户能够自主调节室温,因此用户之间存在温差,造成户间传热。本文以稳态传热为基础,利用平衡温度原理解决非采暖用户室内平均温度的计算,又导出了非采暖用户由于户间传热所获得热量的公式。通过典型算例,对采暖用户的得热量与邻户传出的热量进行了校核,进一步说明非采暖用户由于户间传热所获得的热量占常规采暖负荷的35% ̄55%之间;不利位置用户受户间传热影响较小,通过楼板传递热量的比重最大;用户入住率越小,邻户设计温差越大。Because of the household heat metering system, the user could adjust the room temperature independently and the differences in temperature between the users bring the heat transfer of neighboring-house. This thesis is on the basis of the steady state heat transfer theory, in order to obtain heat transfer of neighboring house. Accordingly, taking a computational example is to check the heat quality from heating room and heat transferring to neighboring-house. It illustrates deeply that no-heating users because of the heat transfer of neighboring-house that the heating covers 35% -55% of the general heating burden. It is influenced small that the disadvantaged location users to the heat transfer of neighboring-house, but it is much bigger of the influence heating through the floor. The less the entering rate of the users, the larger the designed temperature difference of the neighbors.
