妊娠中晚期心电图短P-R间期心率变异性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠中晚期心电图短P-R间期发生机制。方法:对36例妊娠中晚期发现短P-R间期者(观察组)和36例P-R间期正常的中晚期孕妇(对照组)进行24h动态心电图(DCG)心率变异性(HRV)检测。结果:观察组HRV较正常对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001、P<0.005及P<0.01)。结论:妊娠中晚期的P-R间期缩短与自主神经功能失调有关。Objective To investigate the mechanism of electrocardiogram＇s short P-R interval during pregnancy middle and late period.Methods We surveyed the heart rate variability on ambulatory 24-hour ECG between 36 patients who had been found short P-R interval in pregnancy middle and late period（observation group）and 36 patients who had normal P-R interval at that time（comparisn group）.Results The change of the observation group＇s heart rate variability was smaller obviously than that of the comparison one＇s,which had evident difference（P〈0.001,P〈0.005 and P〈0.01）.Conclusion The short P-R interval in pregnancy middle and late period is related to maladjustment of autonomic nerve function.
