摘　　要：目的:了解肺癌患者的心理健康状况。方法:对30例肺癌患者用症状自评量表进行测查。结果:肺癌患者躯体化(1.61±0.56)、抑郁(1.78±0.51)、焦虑(1.62±0.60)、人际关系(1.36±0.41)均高于常模,P<0.05。结论:肺癌患者的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系等因子分显著高于正常人。肺癌患者在躯体疾病的基础上,还存在着不同程度的心理障碍。Objective To know about the mental state of the patients with lung cancer. Methods Test 30 patients with lung cancer by using self-tested syndrome scale with the same instruction words, without signing names. And all the tests must be completed independently. Results The result showed that all the summarization（ 1.61 ±0.56） ,the depression （ 1.78 ±0. 51 ） ,the anxiety （ 1.62 ±0.60） ,interpersonal sensitivity（ 1.36 ±0.41 ）are extremely higher than norm . Conclusion The patients with tung cancer suffered from some psychological disorder as well as the somatic disease.
