摘  要:近年来,随着医疗技术的发展,全胃肠外营养(Total Parenteral Nutrition,简称TPN)的配制与应用受到普遍重视和广泛采用,且在临床治疗中取得了良好效果,已成为外科治疗不可缺少的一部分。以下将对TPN的配制及输注时的安全性问题和严重并发症进行概述,并对其防治原则进行探讨。Along with the development of medical technology in recent years, the confection and application of Total Parenteral Nutrition have been emphasizing widespreadly and using extensively. It has reached satisfactory effectiveness in clinic therapy and has been an indispensable moiety of surgical treatment. Here we will investigate the confection of TPN and summarize the safety issue of infusion and severe complication, in addition, going further to discuss the control principle of TPN in the present study .
