摘  要:针对传统工艺存在的弊端,济钢烧结厂开发出了一种烧结过程热量梯度优化技术,该技术的核心是将生产过程中所用固体燃料的加入方式由原来在配料室一次加入,或在配料室与燃料分加处多次加入,改为在最后一次圆筒或圆盘混料之前一次性加入。在此基础上又开发了与之配套的多维交叉混料造球、横向有序偏析布料、区域加水梯级控制等多项技术,最终使烧结过程热量分布得到优化,技术经济指标得到全面改善。该项目已获国家知识产权局发明专利。In view of the disadvantages of the taraditional sintering process, a kind of new sintering process of heat gradient optimizing was developed in JIGANG Sintering Plant. Its core technology is changing the addition way of solid fuel from originally one-off addition during proportioning or divided addition into one-off addition before the last mixture drum. On the based of the innovating, a series of accessorial technology e.g. the multidimensional intersectional mixing, the transverse segregated feed and the water grading addition etc. were also developed. Finally, the heat distributing in sintering process was optimized and the teehnico-economic indices were improved. This project has attained the innovation patent of State Intellectual Property Office.
