济钢烧结厂熔剂仓的改造

摘　　要：针对烧结厂熔剂料仓结构与控制系统不合理,时常发生料位失控,堵塞仓顶及密封爆裂,导致粉尘外溢,污染环境,影响配料生产等问题,采用先进的外置悬挂仓体、秤重计量控制、充料自动切换、脉冲空气净化等技术实施改造,彻底解决了熔剂料仓制约配料生产及环保的问题。Point at the problems e. g. lose control of lime bin level, bin top block up, sealing burst result in dust leakage to pollute the environment and to cumber the feed proportioning operation, the bin structure and its control system were modified and some advanced techniques for example external hanging bin body, weighing control, automatic charging switch and pulse air cleaning etc. were adopted during the modification. As a result, the problems which restrict the raw material proportioning operation were solved, and the environment was depurated.
