摘　　要：发展要立足项目的"全寿命周期",通盘考虑项目的经济技术分析;要强化"竞争从前期开始"的意识,加大前期工作力度,提高前期工作质量。作为项目公司应该充分发挥在工程建设中的核心作用,从工程建设期起就应当全力抓好设计优化及设备选型等工作,努力降低工程造价,提高工程质量。The development shall be based on the whole life cycle of a project, and an overall consideration shall he given to economic and technological analysis of the project. The awareness that competition initiates at the earlier stage shall be enhanced, and prophase work shall he well done in order to improve its quality. The key role of the project company shall be given full play in project construction. The company shall closely follow design optimization and equipment selection in order to lower project cost and to improve project quality.
