摘 要:介绍利用优化有机膜厚度的方法,制作了发光效率较高的有机电致蓝光器件。器件的结构为:ITO/2T-NATA/NPWDPVBi/TPBi/Alq3/LiF/Al,当2T-NATA,NPB,DPVBi,TPBi,Alq3,LiF的厚度分别为15nm,10nm,20nm,15nm,25nm,0.6nm时,器件的性能最好。在电压为12V,电流密度为537mA/cm^2时,亮度达到最大为13540cd/m^2。在电压为7V,电流密度为22mA/cm^2时,器件的最大电流效率为4.48cd/A。且器件的开启电压较低,在4V工作电压下,亮度达到4.82cd/m^2。电压在5~12V的范围内,发光色度几乎不随驱动电压或电流密度的改变而改变,稳定在x=0.17,y=0.16附近,处于蓝光中心区域。By optimizing the organic layers thickness of the organic blue light-emitting devices , the luminescence efficiency is improved. The device structure is ITO/2T-NATA/NPB/DPVBi/TPBi/Alq3/LiF/Al. When the thickness of 2T-NATA , NPB,DPVBi,TPBi and Alq3 is 15 nm,10 nm,20 nm,15 nm,25 nm and 0.6 nm respectively,the better performance of the devices is obtained. The maximum luminance is 13 540 cd/m^2 at the electric current density of 537 mA/cm^2 and the electric voltage of 12 V. The maximum electric current efficiency of devices is 4.48 cd/A at 22 mA/cm^2 and 7 V. And the turn on voltage of the devices is lower,the devices luminance is 4. 82 cd/m^2 at 4 V. The chroma of devices stabilizes in blue light center district of x=0.17 and y=0. 16 with the changes of the driving electric voltage and the current density in the scope with 5-12 V.
