摘　　要：通过收集和小流域监测与评价数据采集、管理相关的标准、规范,调查了解其现状及后续利用的潜力,分析评价其对于黄河流域小流域监测工作开展的针对性及不足,为后续研究咨询项目的开展提供资料及理论依据,根据存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。Via collecting the relevant norms and standards on sub-watershed M ＆ E,the status quo and potential use are investigated and obtained,the shortcomings and pertinency regarding their use on sub-watershed Monitoring practice in the Yellow River Basin are analyzed and evaluated which provides data and theoretical basis for follow-up study.Some relevant suggestions are also put forward in line with the existing problems.
