摘　　要：以《英国赠款小流域治理管理项目示范工程参与式规划》为例,阐述了相关利益群体参与流域规划的重要性,介绍了不同相关利益群体在规划过程中扮演的角色及其职责,并为相关利益群体参与流域规划提出了进一步的建议。In this article,setting the Participatory Watershed Planning Pilot under UK Trust Fund China Watershed Management Project as an example,the importance of stakeholders＇ participation in the watershed planning is expounded,The roles and responsibilities different stakeholders play and assume are introduced and suggestions on stakeholders＇ participating in the participatory watershed planning are put forward.
