摘　　要：结合中国小流域管理项目示范活动的实践,介绍和分析示范项目运用参与式方法和社区主导式发展模式的实践特点,总结提炼了项目的实践经验,提出了开展和应用参与式方法和社区主导式发展方法的建议。In this article,with combination of the pilot practice under UK Trust Fund China Watershed Management Project（CWMP）,the merits and characteristics of application of participatory approach and Community-driven Development（CDD） under the pilot package are introduced and analyzed.Some practical experiences are drawn and distilled and suggestions on applying participatory approach and CDD are put forward.
