摘　　要：黄土高原水土保持世行贷款项目成功实施之后,由英国国际发展部提供赠款,在甘肃省黄土高原水土保持二期世行贷款项目区实施了英国赠款小流域治理管理项目。其主要目的是总结黄土高原世行贷款项目的成功经验,提出完善的水土保持监测评价体系,研究开发注重减贫效果的可持续水土保持流域管理模式,并在国际国内类似项目中推广,并简要介绍了该项目围绕项目目标所开展的主要活动及成果。After the successful implementation of the Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project financed by the World Bank,the UK government agreed to implement the UK Trust Fund China Watershed Management Project in Gansu project area of the Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project Phase II.The objective of the project is to summarize the best practices of the Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project,improve M ＆ E system applied in the Loess Plateau Rehabilitation Project,develop best watershed management models with an emphasis on poverty reduction and disseminate the models in loess plateau area and other similar projects.The paper also briefly introduces the main activities and outcomes.
