摘　　要：分析影响建筑声环境质量的主要因素,提出改善生态住宅声环境的建筑设计对策.对于室外噪声的处理,应考虑采用规划布局和建筑设计手段,即通过合理布置噪声源,控制道路交通噪声,设置绿化带降噪,并优化住宅平面布局与立面设计,来消除噪声污染的影响;而对于室内噪声的处理,应考虑针对不同的建筑构件采取必要的隔声构造措施.The key factors affecting the acoustic environment of buildings are discussed, and the design measures to improve the acoustic environment of ecological residences are presented. To isolate residences from outside noise, some measures would be implemented, such as the rational planning layout, the proper building design, noise source arrangement, control of traffic noise, setting green belt. To mitigate the indoor noise, different construction measures would be taken according to different components of building.
