民营中小企业的技术创新范式转变——以浙江省为实证

摘　　要：创新范式是需要转变的,以此来促进企业的成长。本文首先简要回顾浙江中小企业创新的发展历程,在此基础上对中小企业技术创新范式的选择与转变进行深入的探讨,分析了技术创新范式转变的原因及动力,最后提出浙江中小企业提高自主创新的对策建议。Tech-innovation paradigm is need to change in order to promote enterprises growth. This paper first review the innovation development process of Zhejiang Small ＆ Medium Private Enterprises briefly. On the basis of this, it discusses deeply on the development of Tech-Innovation Paradigm in Small ＆ Medium Private Enterprises and analyzes the reason and drive force. Finally, it puts forward proposal on Zhejiang Paradigm in Small ＆ Medium Private Enterprises bow to enhance endogenous innovation.
