外资R＆D溢出与高技术产业集聚的实证分析

摘　　要：本文利用中国分省分年的面板数据和计量分析方法,研究国外研发溢出对高技术产业聚集的影响。结果显示研发能力及外资的技术溢出效应是影响高技术产业聚集的重要因素。基于以上的分析,我国应进一步加大和优化人力资本、R&D投资和吸引外资的策略,增强高技术产业的聚集效应。With the panel data of different provinces and years in China and the measurement analysis method, this article studies the influence which human capital and foreign R＆D spillovers have on the high-tech industry. The result shows that besides the factors of urbanized level, cost of labor and so on, the human capital storage quantity, the research and development ability and the foreign capital technical spillover effect are the important factors which affect the high-tech industry gathers. Based on the above analysis, our country should enlarge and optimize human capital and R＆D investment, improve the strategy of attracting foreign capital and strengthen the agglomeration effect of the high-tech industry.
