摘　　要：以筹建温州科技职业学院图书馆为例,阐述了图书馆从中职到高职的机构设置、人才队伍、制度建设、服务层次、系统升级、馆舍布局、资源建设等方面的转变,为兄弟馆迎接"摘筹"评估提供实践借鉴。During the course of conversions from a high school library to a college one, organizations, qualified personnel, structural design, service level, system upgrade, inside layouts, and resource constructions, are all studied as internal affairs of WZVCST library in this paper, which may provide practical references to other similar libraries.
