摘 要:运用气相色谱、红外光谱等测试分析手段,对大庆油田油样低温氧化后气体组成和油样族组分组成变化规律的研究结果表明,反应后气体中氧气含量降低,同时生成一氧化碳、二氧化碳等气体,反应后油样中增加了羟基、羧基、醚键等官能团。油样族组分的变化与温度有关:150℃之前,主要是饱和烃、芳香烃与氧气发生低温氧化反应转化成胶质、沥青质;150℃之后,将有部分胶质、沥青质发生裂解反应,饱和烃、芳香烃含量又随着温度的升高而增大,胶质、沥青质含量则降低。During the low temperature experiment of crude oil and air carried out in Daqing Oil Field, the variation rules of gas components and oil sample compositions after low temperature oxidation have been studied, applying methods of gas ehromatogram and infrared spectrum etc. results show that the oxygen content is reduced after reaction and meanwhile, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are generated. After interaction, functional groups like hydroxyl, carboxyl and ethers are found in the oil samples, which indicate that the oil sample compositions variation has a close relation with temperature. When the temperature is lower than 150℃ , low temperature oxidation mainly happens between saturated hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and oxygen, generating colloid and asphahene, when the temperature is higher than 150℃ , part of the colloid and asphahene would take on cracking reactions, resulting in the contents of saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon increase with the increment of temperature while the contents of colloid and asphaltene decrease.
