摘  要:发电厂直接空冷机组具有被保护面积大、保护难度高等特点,对此类机组的停用保护,目前国内尚缺乏经验可借鉴的资料。针对大唐托克托发电公司7、8号600MW直接空冷机组的特点,分析讨论了十八烷胺停用保护的加药用量和加药点位置,提出了直接空冷机组的停用预膜保护控制参数及精处理树脂的防污染措施,结果显示其憎水性和耐蚀性较好,为今后直接空冷机组的停用保护提供了有益的参考。The measures for antirust protection of 600 MW direct air -cooling unit off service in Inner Mongolia Tuoketuo Power Plant were explored with respect to the characteristics of large protected area and difficulty of protection.Thus the dosage of octaamine and the positions to introduce octaamine were discussed, and pre-coating protection and fine treatment with resin were put forward as the pollution-preventing measures for the direct air-cooling u-nit off service.It was found that after pollution-preventing treatment the unit had good hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance, which could help to provide profitable references for the protection of direct air-cooling units off service.
