摘  要:针对萨北油田北部过渡带地区电泵井套管腐蚀外漏频繁的现象,对套管腐蚀坑形态进行了分析。结果表明:腐蚀坑呈外喇叭状,创面光滑圆亮,坑内发黑,无腐蚀产物或很少,为杂散电流腐蚀痕迹。对该区电泵井进行地下土壤电阻率测试及现场连续监测发现,地下不同深度存在杂散电流,电泵井套管腐蚀是土壤腐蚀及杂散电流腐蚀综合作用的结果。The pitting forms of the casings of electric pump oil wells in northern transitional zone of Sa-bei oilfield were analyzed with respect to the frequent corrosion leakage of the casings.Results showed that the corroded black pits were loud-speaker-like from outside, the damaged surface was smooth and round, while no or little corroded product was generated, showing signs of stray current corrosion.After measuring the resistivity of soils and performing continuous monitoring of underground stray current in the area, it was found that there exists stray current at different depths in the underground area.And the corrosion of the casings of the pump oil wells was attributed to stray current corrosion and soil corrosion as well.
