摘  要:为了研究3种希夫碱光亮剂(DL01、DL02、DL03)及CoSO4在电镀时的电化学行为,采用线性电位扫描法测定了含新型添加剂的硫酸光亮镀锡、锡钴合金镀液的极化曲线。结果表明,在含DL01或镀锡光亮剂FB的硫酸镀锡溶液中,Sn2+的还原峰电位分别为-0.275 V及-0.265 V。在含DL02或DL03的硫酸镀锡溶液中,有2个Sn2+的还原峰,低电位还原峰分别为-0.160,-0.240 V;高电位还原峰的电位分别为-0.395,-0.410 V,并使大量析氢电位峰负移-0.080,-0.100 V。在含DL01、DL02、DL03及Co-SO4的镀液中,当SnSO4为20 g/L时,Co促进了Sn的沉积产生共析;当SnSO4含量为40 g/L时,Co2+的极化作用及共析作用消失。The electrochemical behavior of three kinds of Schiff base brighteners (DL01,DL02, DL03) and CoSO4 in sulfate baths for electroplating of bright tin and tin-cobalt alloy coatings was investigated using linear potential sweep.Results indicated that the reduction peak potential of Sn2+ in a sulfate hath containing DL01 or FB for bright Sn plating was 0.275 or 0.265 V, respectively.There were two reduction potential peaks in the hath containing DID2 or DL03, the low potential being 0.160 or 0.240 V, and the high potential being 0.395 or 0.410 V, respectively; where the potential for serious hydrogen e-volution shifted by about 0.080 and 0.010 towards negative.In the plating bath containing DL01, DL02, DL03, and CoSO4 and at a SnSO4 content of 20 g/L, Co accelerated the deposition of Sn and experienced codeposition, but the polarization and codeposition of Co2+ were eliminated when the content of SnSO4 was 40 g/L
