益气生骨颗粒抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究益气生骨颗粒的抗炎作用。方法:对小白鼠分别进行毛细血管通透性实验、二甲苯皮肤毛细血管通透性实验和二甲苯耳肿胀实验,在每一实验中将参与该实验的小白鼠随机分为安慰剂对照组、用药组和阳性对照组3组,观察益气生骨颗粒的抗炎作用。结果:①益气生骨颗粒可明显抑制醋酸所引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,与安慰剂对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②益气生骨颗粒可以明显抑制二甲苯引起的皮肤毛细血管通透性增加,与安慰剂对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③益气生骨颗粒可抑制二甲苯引起的耳肿胀,与安慰剂对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气生骨颗粒具有很好的抗炎作用,可能与方中各药益气活血作用有关。Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of YIQISHENGGUKELI (YQSGKL, a TCM composition). Methods: The Capillary Permeability test, Permeability of Skin Capillaries induced by Dimethylbenzene test and Ear Swelling induced by Dimethylbenzene test were con-ducted . The mice were randomly divided into placebo group, drug group and positive control group to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of the drug. Results:①YQSGKL could obviously inhibite the increase of capillary permeability of mice' s abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid. Compared with the placebo group, there had a significant difference ( P < 0.01),but not between the drug group and positive control group ( P > 0.05) . ②It could depress the multiply of the permeability of skin capillaries induced by Dimethylbenzene . There was a significant difference between drug group and placebo group ( P < 0.01),but not between the drug group and positive control group ( P > 0.05 ) . ③At the same time it could restrain ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene. There was a significant difference between drug group and placebo group ( P < 0.01), but not between the drug group and positive control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: YQSGKL had strong anti-inflammatory effect, and had the relation probablly with the supplementing qi and activating blood circulation function of the drugs.
