摘 要:建立了AOD全铁水冶炼不锈钢的配料模型,确定了各种模型参数,以此分析冶炼过程的热量收支情况和影响过程热量的关键因素。结果表明,通过本模型能够很好地确定冶炼过程的发热剂配量。热量收入方面,AOD全铁水冶炼时,化学反应热和炉衬显热均超过30%,铁水的热量为20%~30%,增加炉衬显热可以有效地减少发热剂的加入量。提高CO二次燃烧率,可以显著增加熔池热量的供给,减少发热剂用量。A model for burden material is constructed, and the specific parameters are determined. Then the heat gain and heat loss are analyzed, and the key points affecting the thermal change are discussed. The modeling results show that the quantity of the material for heat compensation is well determined by the model. The percentage of the reaction heat and that of the lining sensible heat all excess 30%, and that of the hot metal sensible heat is about 20 %- 30 %, thus the quantity of the heating material can be reduced by increasing the lining temperature, on the other hand, increasing the CO oxidation can also increase the thermal input of the melt remarkably, so reduced the quantity of the heating material.
