摘 要:吸收法净化挥发性有机物具有工艺简单、投资与运行费用低和适用面广等优点,其关键问题之一就是吸收剂的再生。文中对吸收法治理有机废气饱和的废机油进行蒸馏,以回收有机溶剂和使废机油再生。分别采用了逐级升温和直接升温收集馏分,用气相色谱对馏分的组成进行了分析。比较了两种方法的优缺点,可根据实际应用选择蒸馏方式。The purification of organic gas with the absorption method has advantages such as simple technology, low investment and operation cost. The regenerated of absorbent is one of key issues to absorption method. Sequential calefaction and immediacy calefaction have been studied on distillation of waste Engine oil absorbent which was absorbed saturation with BTEX in order to solvent recovery and waste engine oil reproduction, and components of distillate analyzed by Agilent GC 6890N respectively. Merits and demerits of two calefaction methods was compared and could applicable of different recovery demand.
