摘  要:化妆品中所含的甲醇在氧化剂存在下转化为甲醛,与亚硫酸品红试剂反应生成紫色醌型化合物,可用比色法测定含量。该法测定范围为0.01~0.12 mg/mL,r=0.9999,标准偏差小于1%,是一种快捷、准确、简便、无醛类干扰的甲醇测定方法。Methanol was oxidized into formaldehyde by potassium permanganate in cosmetics. The reaction of formaldehyde and fuchsine sulfurous acid to produce purplish blue compound which can be quantity determination by colorimetry. Methanol concentration was 0.01-0.12 mg/mL, with correlation coefficient r=0.9999, and the relative standard duration was 1%. The method was simple, which was stable for the determination of methanol in cosmetics without the interference of aldehyde.
