熄风通络胶囊治疗缺血性中风急性期200例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察熄风通络胶囊治疗缺血性中风急性期的临床研究,探讨其疗效和机制。方法:将符合条件的缺血性中风患者分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予熄风通络胶囊口服,4周后进行临床疗效评定和比较,判断该药物的疗效。结果:治疗组具有明显改善中医证候和临床神经功能缺损程度的作用,临床总疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:熄风通络胶囊以平肝熄风,活血化痰通络为主,是缺血性中风急性期的有效治疗药物。Objective: To study the clinical effect of Xi Feng Tong Luo Capsule on the treatment of ischemic apoplexia acute phase patients and probe the curative effect and mechanism of the drug.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was added with Xi Feng Tong Luo Capsule besides routine treatment while the control group was only treated with the routine treatment.The evaluation and comparison of the clinical effect were made after a 4-week treatment.Results: The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and the degree of clinical nerve deficit in the treatment group obviously improved.The total clinical effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group.The significance difference was P<0.05.Conclusion: Xi Feng Tong Luo Capsule,based on its function of soothing liver to subside interior wind and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction from meridians,is an effective drug for ischemic apoplexia acute phase patients.
