摘　　要：包钢为实现1000万t的产能,在国内自行设计的6机6流大方坯连铸机上成功应用了多项新技术,尤其是二冷动态配水及动态轻压下等先进技术在重轨、82B钢生产中的应用为总公司产品结构的调整及重轨的发展奠定了基础。本铸机建设周期短、投资少、技术装备先进,在国内处于先进水平。This article introduces the development 10 million tons steel of Baotou Steel Corporation. For the target, the advanced No. 5 bloom caster has been designed and commissioned totally based on domestic advanced technologies, in which the dynamic control for secondary cooling and soft reduction have been adopted for the casting of heavy rail and 82B steels to meet their high quality demand; The machine has been built in less time and less investment with high standards in both equipment and integrated new technologies in China. This bloom caster will improve manufacture quality for heavy rail and other related products of Baotou Steel.
