摘　　要：介绍了济钢ASP热连轧生产线上HP295焊瓶钢的生产工艺;研究了其化学成分、显微组织、卷取温度和冷却方式等对HP295性能的影响规律。生产实践表明,通过采用两段冷却方式并控制带钢卷取温度,可使HP295的屈强比(ReL/Rm)低于0.8,各项力学性能满足GB6653-1994的要求。The product process of Jigang ASP line is introduced. The effect of chemical composition, microstructure, coiling temperature and cooling process on properties of HP295 are studied. The practice shows that the yield ratio is reduced to lower than 0.8 by using two-stage cooling process and controlling the coiling temperature. The mechanical properties of plate meet the need of GB6653-1994.
